Why do many people choose vacuum tube lifter?

A vacuum tube crane is a lifting device that uses the principle of vacuum adsorption to carry out material handling. It generates negative pressure through a vacuum suction cup, firmly sucks the workpiece, and then lifts, moves and places it through a lifting mechanism. Vacuum tube cranes are widely used in various occasions where flat or smooth-surfaced workpieces need to be transported, such as glass, stone, metal plates, etc.

Working principle of vacuum tube crane
Vacuum generation: The vacuum pump extracts the air in the suction cup to form a negative pressure.
Adsorbing workpiece: The vacuum suction cup is in close contact with the surface of the workpiece, and the workpiece is firmly sucked by atmospheric pressure.
Lifting and moving: The vacuum suction cup with the workpiece adsorbed is lifted by a lifting mechanism (such as an electric hoist or a pneumatic hoist) and moved to the target position.
Release the workpiece: Turn off the vacuum pump or open the pressure relief valve to restore the pressure in the suction cup to atmospheric pressure, and the workpiece automatically falls off.

Advantages of vacuum tube crane
Safe and reliable: The vacuum adsorption force is large, and the workpiece can be firmly grasped to avoid safety hazards such as slipping and collision.
Easy to operate: The operator only needs to control the vacuum pump and lifting mechanism, and the operation is simple and easy to learn.
High efficiency: The vacuum adsorption and release speed is fast, which improves the handling efficiency.
Protect the workpiece: The vacuum suction cup has a large contact area with the workpiece surface, and the pressure is evenly distributed, which will not cause damage to the workpiece surface.
Strong adaptability: Vacuum suction cups of different specifications and types can be selected according to the shape, size and weight of the workpiece.

Types of vacuum tube cranes
Manual vacuum tube crane: The operator manually controls the vacuum pump and lifting mechanism.
Electric vacuum tube crane: Vacuum adsorption and lifting operations are achieved through an electric control system.
Pneumatic vacuum tube crane: Vacuum adsorption and lifting operations are achieved through a pneumatic control system.
Fixed vacuum tube crane: Fixedly installed in a certain position, used for material handling at a specific workstation.
Mobile vacuum tube crane: Can be moved to different working positions for a wide range of material handling.

Applications of vacuum tube cranes
Glass industry: Handling glass panels, glass curtain walls, etc.
Stone industry: Handling marble, granite, etc.
Metal processing industry: Handling metal sheets, steel plates, etc.
Furniture industry: Handling wooden boards, plates, etc.
Automotive manufacturing industry: Handling body parts.

Selection of vacuum tube crane
When selecting a vacuum tube crane, the following factors need to be considered:
Material, size and weight of the workpiece: Select the appropriate vacuum suction cup and lifting mechanism according to the characteristics of the workpiece.
Working environment: Consider the temperature, humidity, dust and other factors of the working environment, and select corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant equipment.
Lifting height and moving distance: Select the appropriate lifting mechanism and moving method according to the working height and moving distance.
Safety: Select equipment with safety devices such as overload protection and power-off protection.
Operation mode: Select manual, electric or pneumatic control mode according to the habits and skills of the operator.

Vacuum tube crane is an efficient and safe material handling equipment that plays an important role in industrial production. When selecting and using a vacuum tube crane, you must pay attention to safety and choose the appropriate equipment to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.
