Vacuum tube crane, also known as vacuum suction cup crane, is a device that uses the principle of vacuum adsorption to transport materials. It creates a vacuum inside the suction cup to firmly adsorb the workpiece and achieve smooth and fast handling.
The working principle of the vacuum tube crane is relatively simple:
1 Vacuum generation: The equipment extracts the air inside the suction cup through the vacuum pump to form a negative pressure.
2 Adsorbing the workpiece: When the suction cup contacts the workpiece, the atmospheric pressure presses the workpiece against the suction cup to form a firm adsorption.
3 Moving the workpiece: By controlling the vacuum pump, the lifting, moving and other operations of the workpiece can be realized.
4 Releasing the workpiece: When the workpiece needs to be released, just fill the suction cup with air to break the vacuum.
The vacuum tube crane is mainly composed of the following parts:
Vacuum generator: Provides vacuum source and generates negative pressure.
Vacuum tube: Connects the vacuum generator and the suction cup to form a vacuum channel.
Suction cup: The part in contact with the workpiece, which absorbs the workpiece through vacuum.

Working environment: temperature, humidity, dust, etc. of the working environment.
Carrying height: the height to be carried.
Adsorption area: select a suitable suction cup according to the area of the workpiece.
Vacuum degree: select a suitable vacuum degree according to the weight and surface condition of the workpiece.
