According to the data tested by foreign professional vacuum companies, the acceleration generated by conventional electric hods and the safety factor of vacuum pressure are required to be 2 times. In order to ensure safety, when configuring the suction cup and setting the safe vacuum pressure in general design, the theoretical suction force of the suction cup is calculated under the condition of 60% vacuum degree, and then divided by 2 to obtain the required safe suction force.
Second, the influence of the status of the suction cup and the plate on the actual suction. The theoretical safe suction refers to the condition that the suction cup is not aged and hardened, the suction cup is not damaged and cracked, the surface of the suction cup is clean, and the surface quality of the plate is relatively good. The lip of the suction cup is better fitted to the surface of the plate, less air leakage, and the vacuum degree can reach more than 60%. 1, be sure to regularly clean the lip of the suction cup (the side that fits the plate), and regularly check whether the suction cup is scratched, cracked, and aging. If necessary, replace the suction cup immediately. In fact, many enterprises are using suction cups are not safe, there are security risks.
2. When the surface of the plate is seriously rusted and very uneven, the safety factor should be amplified, otherwise it may not be firmly sucked.
Third, the influence of vacuum power source on vacuum pressure
The vacuum suction cup is manually assisted in feeding, which needs to ensure the safety of personnel. The vacuum of the vacuum generator is lower than that of the vacuum pump, so the vacuum pump is usually used as a vacuum pressure source, which is safer. Professional feeding system company, do not use vacuum generator, another factor is because of the high pressure gas requirements, some factories air source is insufficient or unstable, and the gas pipe arrangement is not convenient.
There are also two kinds of vacuum pumps, one is with three/two phase electricity, need to be connected from the workshop electrical box into the vacuum suction cup system control electrical box. If the customer’s on-site driving is too high, it is inconvenient to connect the electricity, use the diaphragm pump, use the 12V battery power supply, and charge the battery regularly.
