As precision equipment, rigid arm power manipulators require regular maintenance to ensure long-term stable operation. The following are some common maintenance precautions:
1. Regular inspection
Air source system: Check whether the air source pressure is stable, whether there is leakage in the pipeline, and whether the filter is blocked.
Oil system: Check whether the oil circuit is unobstructed, whether the oil level is normal, and whether the oil quality is deteriorated.
Seals: Check whether seals such as O-rings and gaskets are aging or damaged.
Transmission parts: Check whether transmission parts such as gears, chains, and bearings are worn or loose.
Control system: Check whether electrical circuits, sensors, control valves, etc. are working properly.
2. Cleaning and maintenance
Regular cleaning: Use compressed air or soft cloth to wipe dust and oil on the surface and inside of the equipment.
Lubrication: Lubricate sliding parts and rotating parts according to the equipment manual.
Replace wearing parts: Regularly replace worn wearing parts such as O-rings, gaskets, filter elements, etc.
3. Functional test
Load test: Carry out load test regularly to check whether the load-bearing capacity of the equipment meets the requirements.
Precision test: Check whether the positioning accuracy of the equipment meets the requirements.
Repeatability test: Check whether the repeatability of the equipment meets the requirements.
4. Precautions
Operate strictly in accordance with the instructions: Avoid damage to the equipment due to misoperation.
Overload is prohibited: Overload will damage the equipment.
Avoid collision: Avoid collision between the equipment and other objects.
Calibrate regularly: Calibrate the equipment regularly as needed.
Keep the working environment clean: Avoid dust, oil and other pollution of the equipment.
5. Common faults and treatment
Insufficient air pressure: Check the air source pressure and clean the filter.
Slow movement: Check whether the oil circuit is unobstructed and replace the lubricating oil.
Inaccurate positioning: Check whether the sensor and control valve are working properly.
Air leakage: Check whether the seal is damaged and replace the seal.
6. Establish maintenance records
Record the time, content, problems found and treatment measures of each maintenance.
Analyze the operating status of the equipment according to the records to find potential problems in time.
