Maintenance and repair of manipulator

Industrial production is slowly using mechanical hands instead of manual production work. In daily use, when there is a failure, before or during the maintenance of the robot arm, the maintenance precautions of the robot must be followed to avoid danger.

First, robot maintenance precautions:

2, Do not use power tools in wet or rainy places, and keep the working area well lit;

3, Adjust or replace the mold, please pay attention to safety to avoid being hurt by the manipulator;

4, The mechanical arm rise/fall, introduction/withdrawal, cross and screw out the fixed parts of the knife, whether the nut loose;

5, The up and down stroke and the baffle plate used for the adjustment of the introduction stroke, the fixing screw of the anti-fall device bracket is loose;

6. The gas pipe is not twisted, and whether there is gas leakage between the gas pipe joints and the gas pipe;

7, In addition to the proximity switch, suction clamp, solenoid valve failure can be repaired by themselves, other should be professionally trained personnel to repair, otherwise do not change without permission;
